I began my career at the National Bank as a cashier, undergoing a rigorous 3-month training program to prepare for the role. During this period, my performance and potential were recognized by the branch manager and the direct sales manager, leading to my transfer to the direct sales team. Within my first year, I achieved the distinction of being the team’s top salesperson.
Subsequently, I was entrusted with leading a high-profile project to sell apartments in the newly developed city of Rawabi. Over the course of the project’s first year, I successfully exceeded expectations, achieving over $5 million in sales and meeting the ambitious targets set by general management.
Following the successful completion of the Rawabi project, I was appointed to the Department of Major Distinguished Clients as its head. This department, a key focus area for the bank, targeted high-value clients through deposits, high-salary accounts, loans, and credit facilities. From the department’s inception, I played a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and growing the portfolio, securing significant deposits and credit accounts. My consistent performance earned me the title of the top salesperson for three consecutive years, after which I was promoted to Deputy Director of the Major Clients Department.
A year later, I was assigned to the Commercial Major Clients Department to broaden my expertise in corporate banking. As the Head of the Major Clients Department for Companies, I successfully acquired over 50 new corporate clients in a single year, transferring their funds, deposits, and loans to the bank while ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
